Mayor Delivers State of the City

 

On January 30, Mayor Julie Ruelas gave her State of the City address to over 150 people at the Casa Torres Banquet Hall. Entitled Collaboration Builds Community, her presentation highlighted the many projects and programs that are moving San Fernando forward.
